Draft SaaS terms for EZ2Book owner/operator accounts.
Service description
EZ2Book provides booking, fleet, customer, support, and payment workflow tools for rental businesses. The platform is software for operators; it is not the rental business, payment processor, insurer, or legal advisor.
Client responsibility
Each rental business is responsible for its owner account, staff access, renter policies, rental agreements, local rules, taxes, disputes, and refunds. Staff should only invite people who need access to the organization workspace.
Subscriptions and fees
SaaS subscription fees, per-fleet-item fees, setup or migration fees, and Payment Mode platform fees should be shown before a business pays. Stripe processing fees and renter payment terms are separate from the software subscription.
Stripe and card storage
Online payments use Stripe-hosted or Stripe-connected payment flows. EZ2Book should store payment references and metadata only. The app must not collect or store raw card numbers, expiration dates, or CVV.
Acceptable use and suspension
Organizations should not use the platform for unlawful activity, abusive behavior, or attempts to bypass payment, access, or data isolation controls. Accounts may be suspended or terminated if use creates operational, legal, or security risk.
Legal limits
Final terms should address warranty disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law, dispute process, class waiver if selected by the owner, and how changes to terms are announced.
These drafts should receive final owner and legal review before public launch.
