Subscription refund decisions should be handled by EZ2Book according to the published SaaS billing terms. The product should make plan changes and cancellation timing clear before charging.
Setup services
Hands-free setup, migration, and custom service fees should state whether they are refundable before a business pays for them.
Rental customer payments
Refunds for renter bookings are controlled by the rental business and its customer-facing policy. EZ2Book provides tooling for records and payment references, but the operator owns customer refund decisions.
Platform fees
If Payment Mode platform fees are non-refundable after payment processing, that must be stated before enabling Payment Mode and the product behavior must match the policy.
